Cancellation charges vary by airfare, hotel, destination partner, travel dates and how close the request is to departure.
1. How to cancel
Send a written cancellation request using our official email or WhatsApp contact. A request is effective when acknowledged by our team during business hours.
2. Charges
The applicable charge will be the total of non-refundable supplier amounts, cancellation or amendment fees stated in the quotation, payment charges already incurred and any work specifically completed for the booking. Peak dates, flights, visas and promotional rates may be fully non-refundable.
3. Indicative schedule
The above is guidance only. The cancellation schedule shown in your accepted quotation controls your booking.
4. Refund timing
An eligible refund is processed after we receive it from the relevant suppliers and reconcile the booking. This commonly takes 10–30 working days, but airline, international and disputed supplier refunds may take longer.
5. Changes instead of cancellation
Date, name, hotel or route changes are subject to supplier approval, price differences and amendment fees. Some bookings cannot be changed.
6. Force majeure and disruptions
Weather, natural events, strikes, government action, border restrictions, transport disruption and similar events may require changes. Refunds or credits depend on amounts recovered from suppliers and applicable law.
7. Visa rejection
Visa approval is controlled by the relevant authority. Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, visa fees and already-booked services remain subject to their normal cancellation terms.
8. Our cancellation
If we cancel a service for reasons within our control and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the amount received for that undelivered service will be refunded. Supplier-caused cancellations remain subject to supplier remedies and applicable law.
Travel insurance with suitable cancellation cover is strongly recommended.
