Your final quotation, inclusions, supplier rules and cancellation schedule form part of your booking agreement.
1. Scope
Journeys Expert plans and arranges travel services supplied by independent providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators and destination partners.
2. Quotations
Prices are subject to availability until the required payment is received and suppliers confirm the services. Unless stated otherwise, airfare, visa, insurance, taxes, resort fees and personal expenses are not included.
3. Booking confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after we receive the required payment, traveller details and supplier confirmation. Please check names, dates, itinerary and inclusions immediately.
4. Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for accurate names and information, valid passports, visas, permits, health requirements, insurance and reporting on time. Entry decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
5. Payments
Payments must follow the schedule in your quotation. Supplier services may be released or repriced if payment is delayed. Bank or payment-gateway charges may apply.
6. Changes
Requested changes are subject to availability, revised prices and supplier fees. Operational changes may be required because of weather, safety, transport, government action or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Supplier services
Independent suppliers are responsible for delivering their services. We will assist with genuine issues but cannot control their operations, schedules or decisions.
8. Behaviour and safety
Travellers must follow applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. A service provider may refuse service where conduct risks people, property or operations.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to services directly arranged by us and the amount paid to us for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Complaints
Please notify us promptly during the journey so we have a reasonable opportunity to assist. Supporting documents should be retained.
11. Governing terms
Indian law applies. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The courts with jurisdiction over our registered business location will apply, subject to applicable consumer law.
Your issued quotation may contain booking-specific terms that take priority where clearly stated.
